Nations Elite Esports: Baltics | League of Legends cup announced
Nations Elite Esports is dedicated to regional development of the esports scene all over Europe. The Baltics have been forgotten about for too long, so we’re announcing a tournament which will bring together the best Baltic League of Legends teams to compete for €4,000 in prizes.
The offline main event will take place on Jan. 6-7, in Kaunas University of Technology’s Santaka’s Valley, where four teams will face off on the Summoner’s Rift to find the strongest team in the region.
The four teams will be determined in Qualifiers, which are set to take place on Dec. 16-17 in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. The winners of the Estonian and Latvian qualifiers will gain the right to represent their country in the main event.
Two Lithuanian teams will be awarded spots in the main event.
Travel expenses and accommodation will be taken care of for the qualifying teams.
Note that the spectators will have access to a mini expo area while the tournament is going on. Spectators will be able to play 1v1s, try out Virtual Reality and have fun in various other ways.
We are extremely excited to see how the best of the Baltics will compete, are you?
